2. Executive Session: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed
in executive session.

session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section
551.071, including matters posted on this agenda.

4. Approval of the minutes of the February 16, 2017 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.
REGULAR AGENDA:
5. Consider: ZBA-725, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(a), as amended, requiring that
accessory buildings having a permanent foundation shall be located no closer than 10' to a
property line in the rear yard on property described as Lot 16, Block A, Ridgeview at Southlake,
an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 412 Winding Ridge
Trail, Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "TZD" — Transition Zoning District. The applicant has
requested to withdraw this item.
6. Consider: ZBA-727, Variance to Ord. No. 480, Section 14.5(b) requiring a front yard setback of
not less than 35' on property described as Lot 4, Block 1, Continental Park Estates, an addition
to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 1208 Scenic Dr., Southlake,
Texas. Current Zoning: "SF-20B" —Single Family Residential District.
