Relay for Life Southlake Details
•Saturday, May 6, 2017; Noon – 10:00 PM
•Set-up starts at 8 AM and clean-up will be completed no later than midnight
•Event volunteers and signage are planned for safety purposes in keeping
people away from the pond as well as monitoring the Kid Zone
•Kid Zone to include bounce house, games, activities and face painter
•Participation is free
•Teams will each have a 10x10 space to set up
•8x16 entertainment stage
•Three (3) food vendor trucks
•Luminaria Ceremony to celebrate cancer survivors
•Attendance anticipated is 500 (come and go)
•Portable restrooms and trash management will be provided
