Item 4D Approve Resolution No. 17-016 Appoint Parks Board & Library Board to Southlake 2030 PROS/CF Master Plan Amendment Committee Item 4D Honorable Mayor and members of the City Council, the agenda topic for Item 4D is consideration of a Resolution to appoint board members to serve on the Parks and Community Facilities Master Plan Amendment committee. 1 Approve Resolution No. 17-016, Appointing Parks Board and Library Board to Southlake 2030 Parks, Recreation & Open Space / Community Facilities Master Plan Amendment Committee Requested Action 2 The development of the Southlake 2030 Parks, Recreation and Open Space/Community Facilities Master Plan (PROS/CF) Amendment will require the input of the Parks and Recreation Board and the Library Board. The scope of the Parks and Recreation Board will be to consider parks, open spaces and recreation issues related to the master plan. The Library Board will focus on items in the master plan related to community facilities. Therefore, staff is seeking City Council approval of Resolution No. 17-016, appointing members of the Parks and Recreation Board and the Library Board to the Southlake 2030 Parks, Recreation and Open Space/Community Facilities Master Plan (PROS/CF) Amendment committee.
