Planning & Zoning Commission P&Z Commission Recommendation Applicant’s Response The P&Z recommended the applicant present City Council with an optional structure showing expanded capacity to house additional canisters in providing co-location. The applicant has stated that due to the nature of the monopole structure and that the monopole will also serve as a light standard, the only way to accommodate and additional carrier is to add height to the monopole. The applicant has stated he will provide a rendering at the City Council meeting that will show the additional 10 feet in height to the proposed structure for their consideration.
