dated February 14, 2017; granting the variances requested and noting
the applicant’s willingness to present City Council with an optional
structure showing expanded capacity to house additional canisters in
providing co-location; also, noting the applicant’s willingness to provide a

Planning & Zoning Commission
P&Z Commission Recommendation Applicant’s Response
The P&Z recommended the applicant present City
Council with an optional structure showing expanded
capacity to house additional canisters in providing
co-location.
The applicant has stated that due to the nature of the monopole structure
and that the monopole will also serve as a light standard, the only way to
accommodate and additional carrier is to add height to the monopole. The
applicant has stated he will provide a rendering at the City Council meeting
that will show the additional 10 feet in height to the proposed structure for
their consideration.
