Benefits Monday-Friday,7am-5pm, support availability Upgrade rights to new version Enhancements Bug fixes This annual renewal for the Munis ERP system is required to continue to upgrade the product and receive support from Tyler Technologies. This ability is leveraged this year as we upgrade the platform to version 11.2 providing several more years of operations before the next upgrade is required. This support is also crucial in the Payroll area where they are required to update W-2 information for annual processing. 3 Cost Breakdown Council approved an FY2017 budgeted amount of $90,817 for Munis maintenance & support (Technology Fund). This represents a 4.76% increase in maintenance cost of the application. The requested amount of $90,817 represents a 4.76% increase over FY2016 due to increased maintenance costs. 4 Thank you.
