REGULAR SESSION: 1. Call to Order. 2. Executive Session: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session. a. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071, including matters posted on this agenda. b. REGULAR AGENDA: 5. Consider: ZBA-723, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(a), as amended, requiring that accessory buildings having a permanent foundation shall be located no closer than 10' to a property line in the rear yard and Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(e), as amended, requiring that accessory buildings shall not exceed one story or 14' in height on property described as Lot 1, Block 1, Kimball Circle Estates, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 2046 Miracle Pointe Dr., Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF- 20A" — Single Family Residential District. The applicant has submitted a request to withdraw this item. 6. Consider: ZBA-724, Variance to Ord. No. 480, Section 11.5(b) requiring a front yard setback of not less than 40' on property described as Lot 7, Block B, Quail Creek Estates, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 1105 Quail Run Rd., Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF-1A" — Single Family Residential District. PUBLIC HEARING 7. Consider: ZBA-725, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(x), as amended, requiring that accessory buildings having a permanent foundation shall be located no closer than 10' to a property line in the rear yard on property described as Lot 16, Block A, Ridgeview at Southlake, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 412 Winding Ridge Trail, Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: °TZD" — Transition Zoning District. This item is being administratively tabled to the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting to be called on March 96, 2097 due to an error in the property address on the public hearing notification. The item will be re-notified in accordance with Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.3(b)(4). 8. Consider: Meeting Adjourned.
