The Corridor and Residential Adjacency Overlay Districts in
Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 43, Overlay Districts, as
amended, require the following:
A 10' solid screen wall for loading docks intended for
tractor/semi-trailer deliveries. The applicant is proposing to
add two 10’ screen walls in the locations shown on the site
plan.
