President Randy Williamson called the meeting to order at 4:34pm.

Development Corporation meeting.

3. PUBLIC FORUM
President Randy Williamson opened the public forum. There being no one wishing to
speak, President Williamson closed the public forum.

4A. RECOMMENDATION ON AGREEMENT WITH PEAK PROGRAM VALUE, LLC FOR
CONSTRUCTION PHASE PROJECT CONTROL SERVICES RELATED TO THE
BICENTENNIAL PARK PHASE 3 SOUTHLAKE TENNIS CENTER PROJECT
APPROVED
Director of Community Services Chris Tribble presented Item 4A and answered questions from
the Board. Director Tribble noted that PPV Representative Chris Squadra was present. Mr
Squadra did not address the Board.
A motion was made to approve Item 4A as presented.

Second: Fawks
Ayes: Berman, Huffman, Fawks, McCaskill, McMillan, Williamson
Approved: 6-0
5. DISCUSSION
5A. SALES TAX REPORT
Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson stated the next sales tax collection will occur on
February 8th and the Sales Tax Report will be presented at the next meeting.
5B. SPDC ATTENDANCE REPORT
No discussion on this item.
President Randy Williamson congratulated Director Tribble and his staff for a successful
Southlake Sweetheart Dance with over 300 people in attendance. President Williamson
recognized the increased popularity and growth of all Southlake events and recognized the
efforts of the staff.

Meeting was adjourned by President Randy Williamson at 4:48pm.
