Southlake Blvd. Development Details: Castle Development Group Developer / Owner Zoning Change and Site Plan for an existing S-P-2 Generalized Site Plan District to add ambulatory surgery center as a use to one of the approximately 5,833 square foot buildings currently addressed as 3075 W. Southlake Blvd. Required patient drop-off/pick-up canopy is proposed on the east facade Designated parking located on the east side of the building Emergency generator with enclosure Number of required parking spaces reduced from 214 to 202 All prior approvals / stipulations shall remain (ZA06-153)   Exhibits presented at SPIN:       QUESTIONS / CONCERNS: No one outside of the applicants, CEC or city staff physically attended this meeting; no questions or concerns were raised.
