There is a proposed pond with an outfall area to the east. 9 Tree Coverage Preservation The applicant has submitted a Tree Survey and Tree Preservation Plan indicating the proposed existing tree cover preservation complies with the required Existing Tree Cover Preservation Requirements of the Tree Preservation Ordinance (585-D).
