Approved Site Plan for Kirkwood Crossing
This is the approved Site Plan for Kirkwood Crossing. A zoning change and site plan for Kirkwood Crossing from “AG” Agricultural District to “S-P-1” Detailed Site Plan District to develop
two one-story office buildings on approximately 0.89 acres was approved November 4, 2014.
The property will be platted as one lot until Phase II is developed. At that time, a plat
revision must be processed and recorded with the County to create the two lots as depicted on the proposed Site Plan prior to issuance of a building permit for the Phase II medical office
building.

Plat Showing
The current expiration date of the plat is January 26, 2017.
The applicant is requesting to extend the validity of the Plat Showing for one additional year until January 26, 2018.
A one lot plat showing for for Lot 12, A.H. Chivers No. 299 Addition was approved by City staff on January 26, 2015. A Plat Showing which has not been recorded in the County Plat Records
within one year of the date of approval shall expire. The original expiration date of the plat was January 26, 2016. City Council approved a Plat Extension on January 19, 2016 to extend
the validity of the plat to January 26, 2017. Due to the ongoing construction of utilities and infrastructure for the project, the applicant is requesting to extend the validity of the
Plat Showing for one additional year until January 26, 2018.
