Approve GMP Amendment to
CMAR Services Contract in the
amount of $4,230,520
Bicentennial Park Ph 3 Southlake Tennis Center Improvements
City Council is being asked to approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment (GMP) to the Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) services for the construction of the new Southlake Tennis
Center in the amount of $4,230,520
SPDC and City Council approved the Construction Manager at-Risk services contract with Haydon Building Corporation for construction of Bicentennial
Park Southlake Tennis Center on November 1st.

$7,000,000 approved in FY 2017 SPDC CIP
GMP Amendment $4,230,520
Per CC direction, a future change order to this GMP Amendment will be brought forward to include enclosed tennis courts
