Requested Variance
The following variance is requested within the boundaries of this Site Plan:
1. Variance allowing relief from Section 42 (Bufferyards) of the City of Southlake
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 480, allowing for no bufferyard
requirement along a portion of the northern boundary, where internal parking
and drive areas abut similar parking and drive areas on adjacent future
development parcel(s) under common ownership, as indicated on the Site
Plan.
