Summary of Changes- Plans
• Concept Development Plans—Phase 1 will be submitted 24x36 color Future Phase will be 11x17
o Phase 1 - adjusted with an additional 27 spaces on the west parking lot of Lot 1.
o Phase 1 - landscape has been adjusted and additional landscaping has been added to
the new 94 space parking lot.
• First Floor Plan/Elevations/Renderings—will be submitted 11x17 color
o Additional renderings and garage schematic plans have been added.
• Civil plans
o Phase 1 - adjusted with an additional 27 spaces on the west parking lot of Lot 1.

Summary of Changes-S-P-2 Regs
• Page 1 under Lot 1
o Prohibited uses for Lot 1 to be the same as Lot 2.
o Square footages broken down further, minimums square footage given.
• Page 1 under Development Regulations for Lot 1 only:
o Additional flex parking taken out as 27 spaces were added to the parking lot.
o Impervious coverage not to exceed 78.5%to allow some flexibility per staff suggestion.
o The same information about screening was included twice.The redundant text has been
removed.
• Page 2 under Development Regulations for Lot 2 only:
o Reg added regarding parking garage and levels of parking along with maximum retail as
percentage of land area.
• Page 2 under Development Regulations for Lot 1 and 2
o Reg adjusted regarding number of flex parking spaces that may be relocated (75 spaces).
o Reg regarding additional 63 parking spaces on Lot 2 removed.
