Development Details:
Montclair is a 12,000 square foot, French-themed luxury boutique venue
(wedding and event center)
Chapel seats approximately 180 people, and ballroom to seat approximately (up
to) 250 people
Venue is built to give people a place to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays,
weddings, religious celebrations
Will have a bridal suite, grooms suite
Catering services in house, chapel, full-kitchen, and ballroom
Garden area in the back – heavy treed lot – goal is to maintain everything
possible
Fountain in the front
Presently the space is zoned for retail, restaurant and professional offices
Police officer on staff during every event – alcohol does not leave front doors of
building
Catering staff cleans site after events
Do not carry TABC license, the caterer does
Full-size kitchen for the caterer
Cast-stone finish on exterior – foam insulation barrier
Use an acoustic sound barrier type sheet rock so sound leaving the building is
close to zero

Located at Southlake Blvd. and Davis next to Sprouts. It is set back, would

not see it from the street of Southlake Blvd.
