Canopy Roof Plan
The Corridor and Residential Adjacency Overlay Districts in
Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 43, Overlay Districts, as
amended, require a 10' solid screen wall for loading docks
intended for tractor/semi-trailer deliveries. The applicant is
requesting a variance to the 10’ screen wall requirement and
is proposing to add additional landscaping adjacent to the
loading dock drive and between the dock and Kirkwood
Blvd.
