RE: 2001 Randol Mill Ave. Letter of Intent — ZA1 6-080/ZA1 6-060
Mr. Baker,
The letter below serves to inform the reader of the existing conditions and the proposed
improvements of 2001 Randol Mill Avenue.
The existing structures located at 2001 Randol Mill Ave. include a two story brick residence, a
garage and a pool with concrete decking. Access to this lot is provided by a circle, gravel
driveway off of Randol Mill Ave.
The proposed project calls for the removal of all existing structures. In their place a new
residence will be built along with a new pool and concrete, circle driveway.
On behalf of the owner we would like to request a zoning change from the existing zoning of
Agricultural (AG) to Single Family Residential (SF -IA). The SF-lA zoning is consistent with
the future land use plan and surrounding adjacent properties.
Along with the zoning change request we are submitting a Concept Plan (City Case Number
ZA16-080) and a Final Plat (City Case Number ZA16-060).
