EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed
in executive session.

4. Consider: ZBA-718, Special Exception Use per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12(2) for the
construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than that
permitted on property described as Lot 7, Pearson Lane Addition, an addition to the City of
Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 3185 Johnson Rd., Southlake, Texas. Current
Zoning: "SF-1A" —Single Family Residential District.

5. Consider: ZBA-719, Special Exception Use per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12(1) for a
servants or family quarters and a Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(a) requiring
accessory buildings on a permanent foundation to be located no closer than ten feet (10') to a
property line in the rear yard on property described as Tract 3H2, John Childress Heirs Survey,
Abstract No. 254, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 3009 Lake Dr.,
Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "AG" —Agricultural District.
PUBLIC HEARING
6. Consider: ZBA-720, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5(d), requiring a rear yard
setback of forty feet (40') on property described as Lot 10, Block 3, Harbor Oaks, an addition to
City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 2910 Harbor Refuge, Southlake, Texas.
Current Zoning: "SF-IN' — Single Family Residential District.
