A. Approve minutes from the August 3, 2016 Crime Control and Prevention
District Board meeting.
B. Approval of expenditure not to exceed $340,000 for purchase of new
police radios from DFW Communications.
C. Approval of expenditure not to exceed $190,000 for Weatherproofing
Services to clean and seal all masonry, capstone, and exterior brick for
DPS Headquarters.
4. Discussion: l
A. Review and discuss the process for reauthorization of the Southlake
Crime Control and Prevention District.
B. Update on DPS West remodel.
C. Update on Crime Control and Prevention District Sales Tax.
D. Update on School Resource Officer program.
E. Discussion of 2017 Crime Control and Prevention District board meeting
calendar.
