Variance – Distance to Residential
Temporary Sales and/or Construction facilities are
required to be at least 200 feet from any occupied
residence. All seven (7) of the proposed
temporary facilities for The Marq Champions Club
construction project are within 200 feet from the
residences directly across Shady Oaks Drive.
