Main Street, Southlake, TX 76092, (817) 748-8203 October 28, 2016 Subject: SUP Application Southlake Marq Champions Club Temporary Trailers Dear Planning and Zoning Department: The Community Services Department is submitting a Specific Use Permit application to place seven temporary trailers for a construction project to build the new Marq Champions Club building and other site improvements at the Marq located at 285 Shady Oaks Drive. The project is anticipated to be completed within 24 months. Six 12ftx56ft trailers will serve as construction trailers for the contractors and will be located near Shady Oaks Dr. 672sf x 6= 4032 sf total. These trailers will remain onsite for the duration of the project. Floor plan provided is subject to change depending upon availability. The other 12ftx60ft trailer will serve as the new membership sales and staff office. 720 total sf. This trailer will be located near Shady Oaks Dr. ADA access ramps with a deck and more than two parking spaces will be available. This trailer will only be onsite during the last 6-8 months of the project duration. Floor plan provided is subject to change depending upon availability. Landscaping comprising of 5 gallon shrubs minimum every 4ft will be provided around the skirted bases of the trailers. There is existing landscaping along Shady Oaks that will provide additional buffer for the sales trailer. Signage identifying the Champions Club will be placed on the sales trailer and fencing and contractor signs/logos may be placed on the construction trailers. All the trailers will be placed within 200ft from the residences across Shady Oaks Dr. A variance is being requested. Southlake Blvd. The project is anticipated to be completed within 18 months. One 12ftx56ft trailer will serve as a construction trailer for the contractor and will be located behind an existing restroom building. 672 total sf. Floor plan provided is subject to change depending upon availability. The other 24ftx60ft trailer will serve as the temporary tennis center pro shop and office while the new building is under construction. 1440 total sf. ADA access ramps and more than two parking spaces will be available. Floor plan provided is subject to change depending upon availability. Landscaping comprising of 5 gallon shrubs minimum every 4ft will be provided around the skirted bases of the trailers. Signage identifying the tennis center will be placed on the pro shop trailer and contractor name/logos may be on the construction trailer.
