This Building will fall under the 2015 International Building Code and Southlake Ordinances.

Chapter 9 Fire Protection Systems
901.2 Fire Protection Systems shall be installed, repaired, operated and maintained
in accordance with this code and the International Fire Code.

SECTION 1205 LIGHTING
1205.1 GENERAL; every space intended for human occupancy shall be provided
with natural by means of exterior glazed openings in accordance with Section

Exceptions:
A weather-resistant exterior wall envelope shall not be required over concrete or
masonry walls designed in accordance with Chapters 19 through 21, respectively.
1403.3 Structural; to resist safely the superimposed loads required by Chapter 16.
1403.4 Fire resistance; as required by this code with opening protection required by
Chapter 7.
