EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed
in executive session.

Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 920 Palos Verdes Trail, Southlake, Texas,
Current Zoning: "R-PUD" — Residential Planned Unit Development District.

5. Consider: ZBA-717, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 33.14, requiring a minimum lot size
of one acre for an on-site sewage facility (OSSF) on property described as Tract 28, I.G. Belcher _
Survey, Abstract No. 30A, City of Southlake, Denton County, Texas and located at 1051
Westpark Circle, Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "MH" —Manufactured Housing District.
