The revised sign package that indicates the removal of the logo “siren” signs and the pre-menu board sign (A & E). The revised packet also shows a reduction in letter height for the
east elevation attached business sign from 16 inches to 15 inches (sign B) and an increase from a 2-inch to a 6-inch masonry frame on the proposed directional signs (signs H & I). Lastly,
the awning sign has been changed to read “Starbucks” instead of “Starbucks Coffee” and increased the letter height from 12 inches to 16 inches (sign K).

Previously Proposed – Boston Market Site
In August of 2012, Starbucks proposed a sign package for the site that is currently occupied by Boston Market. All of the signage was approved with exception to the monument sign due
to some setback issues and the impending 1938 construction. Ultimately, Starbucks did not move into that building and the sign variance case was closed.
