Annual renewal of an agreement with Accela Inc. for support, maintenance, and hosting fees pertaining to the business critical application Accela Land and Asset Management application
for Planning, Public Works, and Community Services

Monday-Friday, 6am-8pm, support availability
Upgrade rights to new versions, enhancements, bug fixes
This annual renewal is required to continue support, maintenance, and hosting operations for the Accela application to ensure access to Accela support personnel and maintain rights to
new versions, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Maintaining this application is crucial to core operations in land and asset management affecting many departments including Planning, Public
Works, and Community Services.
