Maintaining this application is crucial to core operations in land and asset management affecting many departments including Planning, Public Works, and Community Services. 3 Cost Breakdown The total amount requested is $84,609. $58,009 – Support and Maintenance $26,600 – Hosting This is within the FY2017 approved budget The total cost of this annual renewal is $84,609 including $58,009 for support and maintenance and since Accela hosts our environment in their facilities, $26,600 for hosting fees.
