FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation:
Property is located at 2251 E. Continental Blvd. near S. Kimball Avenue.
Details:
The applicant is proposing a 2,800 sf addition to the existing for dog grooming and an
exercise area. The property is zoned I-1 Light Industrial District and currently has a specific
use permit for the facility. A new specific use permit will be needed for the expansion. The
applicant will need to plat revision for the property to include an adjacent lot for the expansion.
Trees will be planted with the expansion. The proposed addition will match the existing building.
