PUBLIC SAFETY AND DISTRACTED DRIVING INFORMATION Police Chief James Brandon presented information to City Council on public safety and distracted driving. 6. DISCUSS ALL ITEMS ON TONIGHT'S AGENDA. NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AND EACH ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED DURING THE REGULAR SESSION. Mayor Hill reviewed the consent agenda items. REGULAR SESSION: 1. CALL TO ORDER The Regular Session of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Hill at 6:11 p.m. 2A EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Hill announced that City Council would be going into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Section 551 .071 , consultation with city attorney, and Section 551.087, deliberation regarding economic development negotiations. City Council adjourned for Executive Session at 6:11 p.m. Executive Session began at 6:24 p.m. and concluded at 7:53 p.m. 2B.
