the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than
permitted on property described as Lot 8, J. Thornhill No. 1505 Addition, an addition to the City
of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 801 S. Peytonville Ave., Southlake, Texas.
Current Zoning: "SF-1A" — Single Family Residential District. The applicant has submitted a
request to formally withdraw this case.
5. Consider: ZBA-714 Special Exception Use
p p per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12(1) for a
servants or family quarters on property described as Lot 16, J.J. Freshour No. 521 Addition, an
addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 2603 Florence Rd., IF
Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "AG" —Agricultural District.
