August 2, 2016
Location: Council Chambers, 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas.
Members present: Vice Chairman Gary Fawks, and members: Rebecca Barksdale,
Laura Hill, John Huffman, Shawn McCaskill, Chad Patton, Shahid Shafi, Randy
Williamson, and Scott Wrehe.
Members absent: Scott Rule, Read Ballew, and Mark McClendon.
Staff present: City Manager Shana Yelverton, Assistant City Manager Ben Thatcher,
Assistant City Manager Alison Ortowski, Assistant to the City Manager Daniel Cortez,
Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson, Director of Community Services Chris Tribble,
Director of Public Work Rob Cohen, and City Secretary Lori Payne.

Vice Chairman Fawks called the meeting to order at 5:18 p.m.
2. Approval of the minutes from the December 1, 2015 Tax Increment
Reinvestment Zone Number One Board of Directors meeting.

A motion was made to approve the minutes from the December 1, 2015 Tax Increment
Reinvestment Zone Number One Board of Directors meeting.

3. Proposed Fiscal Year 2017 Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One
Budget Overview and Revised Budget Figures for Fiscal Year 2016.
Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson presented information and was available to
answer questions from Board. No action was taken.
4. Southlake Town Square Project Status Update.
No presentation was given.
5. Adjournment.
