Proposed amendments to the
"ECZ" Zoning District Plaza District
Remove the permitted "Hotel" use within the area defined as the "Plaza District" and replace
the use with "Office", "Retail" and/or "Mixed Use" as permitted uses. The revision affects the
following pages in the zoning booklet.
• Introduction - Remove the "Hotel" use from the Plaza District to be replaced by Retail,
Office and/or Mixed Use.
• Page 53 — Remove "Hotel" from the product type in the regulations regarding setbacks
and maximum height.
• Page 58 — Remove "Hotel" conceptual images in the Plaza District.
• Page 99 — Remove "Hotel" in the Development Standards for the Plaza District.
