The proposed south façade, which is visible from FM 1709, does not meet this requirement. 14 Variance – Exposed Columns Variance to exposed columns requirement under Zoning Ordinance No. 480, Section 43.19.d.1.d: Exposed structural support columns shall be constructed of, or clad in, the same masonry material as the principal structure.
