Variance – Stacking Depth
Variance to driveway stacking depth under Driveway Ordinance No. 634, Section 5.2(d): A minimum stacking depth of 100 feet is required at this location. The proposed driveway off Shady
Oaks drive onto the property proposes a stacking depth of approximately 27 ½ feet.

Variance – Lighting
Variance to lighting type under Lighting Ordinance No. 693-C, Section 4: Permitted lighting types shall be high pressured sodium lights or neutral or warm correlated color temperature
Light Emitting Diode LED lights. The applicant is requesting to install metal halide or LED lights that exceed maximum allowed temperature range.
Variance to the intensity of illumination
under Lighting Ordinance No. 693-C, Section 5: The maximum outdoor computed or measured illumination level on a property shall not exceed 20 foot candles outdoors at any point. The applicant
is exceeding this threshold at the new sports fields being proposed.
