Post 15-20 internal sandwich board signs advertising the event to the public and Southlake Town Square tenants (requested by Southlake
Town Square), Monday October 17, 2016.
Staging of floats in parking lot north of Hilton Hotel beginning at 9 a.m.
Tent/Table/Chair setup in Family Park complete by 10 a.m.
Vendors/Sponsors/Clubs
arrive to begin setup after 2 p.m.
Carnival setup complete by 4 p.m.
Carnival begins at 4:30 p.m.
Parade begins at 6:30 p.m.
Pep rally including presentation of court begins immediately
following parade (approximately 7:15 p.m. on Main Street in front of City Hall)
Stage Homecoming Court (with parents) in lobby of City Hall
Announce King & Queen and present from City
Hall 4th floor balcony
Event concludes by sundown approximately 7:45 p.m.
Teardown/Clean up/Tent pick up 8 – 9:30 p.m.
