directly behind 505 S. Nolen Drive.
Details: The applicant is proposing a 10,800 sf endoscopy center as part of an established
commercial development off S. Nolen Drive at Silicon Court. The development is a "SP-2"
Generalized Site Plan District. The concept plan has changed with comments from the City of
Southlake Development Review Committee and planning staff review comments. There are lots
of trees on the site and the building has been shifted east to preserve additional trees. Using
the design elements from the TDDC building located west of the property, the design will include
glass, brick and stone in a similar color palette. The building elevations will be revised for the
formal submittal.
