I have copied our prior gip of individuals who were involved in the past meetings, and while I can't speak for them, I want to thank you for your flexibility and listening to our concerns. I am very supportive of the changes you made especially limiting traffic to Conlon Court as there ani children who live close by and it just seems like the right thing to do. Many in the community are very excited to see this progressing as your design IS really top notch. I hope further development will continue with the same city,and that the hotel will now serve as an anchor to attract further top quardy retail. Dave, Jeff, Tina, Steve,and Hythem please feel free to add your comments too, as Ken Baker and Dennis Killough with the arty have been so helpful as well. I attached the development plan we revised to address your concerns, and those of the neighborhood. NOTABLE REVISIONS 1.The new plan does not have access to Carillon Court from the proposed office development to the East of the hotel. 2.The plan now shows the right-turn out only(ail that TXDOT w6 allow)just to the West of the hotel. This will minimize hotel traffic on Carlon Court for guests going back to 114 3. Plan shows the lags landscape area to the North of the hotel, containing existing trees to rerrtain as buffer to the North 4.
