PROJECT: Master Sign Plan for Gateway Church
EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY: On behalf of Gateway Church, Legacy Signs is requesting approval of a Master
Sign Plan for Gateway Church located at 700 Blessed Way, Southlake, TX.
REQUEST: The proposed Master Sign Plan will amend the previously approved Master Sign
Plan under MSP10-002. Due to a logo change, the request is to replace three (3)
of the attached building signs (east, west and southeast elevations) which include
two (2) upper story signs and three (3) entrance wall signs (letters and logos only).
There are no structural changes proposed and all other previously approved
signage shall remain.
A detailed summary of the requested changes are as follows:

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
APPLICANT: Legacy Signs of Texas
PROPERTY SITUATION: The property is located at 700 Blessed Way
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway Church — 114 Campus Addition
HISTORY: - On May 4, 2010, City Council approved a Master Sign Plan for the
Gateway Church Southlake Campus (MSP10-002)
STRATEGIC LINK: CB03 — Engage in thoughtful planning to ensure continued high
quality development that is integrated will into the current built
environment; C3 — Provide attractive & unique spaces for
enjoyment of personal interests.
STAFF COMMENTS: The site plan and application exhibits are attached and/or hyper-
linked to this report. City Council approval of the proposed plan
does not eliminate the requirement for appropriate sign application
submittals prior to installation of signs. Please contact Seantay
Carpenter at 817-748-8215 or scarpenter(abci.south lake.tx.us for
sign application processing and pre -install inspections.
