SB Item 5 - MSP16-005 Gateway Church13 CITY OF SOUTHLAI<.,,E Department of Planning & Development Services STAFF REPORT July 29, 2016 CASE NO: MSP16-005 PROJECT: Master Sign Plan for Gateway Church EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: On behalf of Gateway Church, Legacy Signs is requesting approval of a Master Sign Plan for Gateway Church located at 700 Blessed Way, Southlake, TX. REQUEST: The proposed Master Sign Plan will amend the previously approved Master Sign Plan under MSP10-002. Due to a logo change, the request is to replace three (3) of the attached building signs (east, west and southeast elevations) which include two (2) upper story signs and three (3) entrance wall signs (letters and logos only). There are no structural changes proposed and all other previously approved signage shall remain. STAFF COMMENTS: The site plan and application exhibits are attached and/or hyper- linked to this report. City Council approval of the proposed plan does not eliminate the requirement for appropriate sign application submittals prior to installation of signs.
