FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: 450 W. Southlake Blvd. Development Details: • Barker Rinker Seacat is the architect • Plan is to replace current building for the Southlake Tennis Center in Bicentennial Park • Future Land Use is Public Parks / Open Space and Zoning is Community Services District • City Council prioritized this facility in Southlake 2030 — Southlake Tennis Center is one component of Phase III of Bicentennial Park • Will have very high level of landscaping — similar plans to what is in Bicentennial Park and throughout the City park system • Doing best to preserve as many trees as possible — proposing to remove some of the trees but replacing what is being removed. Some are dead and need replaced. Will be adding some additional trees • Not proposing any changes to parking, any of the traffic plan or any of the courts. Focusing on the building itself • The back of the building will have a patio area • The north of the building will have the staff offices and a staff entrance • The south of the building is where the trash will be hidden, and where golf carts will be located • Fencing around the facility will be consistent with what has been done in the new phases of Bicentennial Park • Proposing to add shade structures near courts — hip structure with metal roof • Existing tennis center is approximately 4,000 square feet and the proposed expansion would take the center to 8,400 square feet including the back patio area • Proposing to demolish existing restrooms near the hockey courts and replace as part of the facility • Anticipated ground breaking early 2017 • Anticipate late 2017 grand opening Exhibits presented at SPIN: SOUTHLAKE ii m // ,,,, //D/alfllllllllllllli(; LICANT.- City of Southilake BECS Approval f Site Flan for Solluthilake Tennis, Center / L epi ark iao oaoaoaoaoaoaoaoaoaoaoaoaoa000aoaoao /, i i it i iii...... a Fluture Land Use $Mhto*,o Communityi oct oti ; r Phsoo NNi ,wwffl m xp"oor r I/ F I ✓j ,i / uw N!vNN kItt^rlam i ,,,io," o aw /JA7+✓imv19/N,IX i bwxw;MJN W wnrwlNw✓oflo / dWlaAer „ I/( ,5 Jif ufJ'N 1mMY IdY,l n'NI/!M 1PI'Nmb✓w414lliVWmNWiW'u• f"f aNy ✓rNrx✓ I l i/ l. 44q r rw g, ,40i %y v Simi ri i Ir7ry/ i / as"ommw IMP arvwgvor nom lifsRow, wMwwwrww 71 10 i w GFF R / J ✓ r Zonin ,So4AM iluniRN, km's gw Amp oomw NNN ;q 1✓ ✓f i / N 1 II / Wlv r 7 * Non on mm -adEir so ✓ ro'7110 I' 1N /ry w r mo A4 x spa bad w(iP✓ ,lJ j//i N 1 J 1 aeii rw✓✓✓SJLAa✓ yi 1Jrwiw✓ni, / ✓ i. gra d'vror ✓awn % a%l/ % i v t f Rxr 1%iii„ iii /i iuY (✓/ " 1 iib wrmmt ;,rr✓i r .,, R / i 9f ' x /i !tl/ j ✓r frig 1 I ei7" , M rl - f/l✓arR /rwif IMa i v l✓F(I[ /ktmkai G/ QMfIQ . ........ ......... ........c Kimr yr r f oil/% '` ,pr,, kriww /r i r y P IJr r fry ilYrrrii"rI / I / r v // /, .Did r j7✓ Y d soil r I % I J r I I ' I y % nlilr✓ r'1r/ )0 r 1Jrm,h r t P" W/ 117FN11 NI IN jj JI 1 0 P D r 01 '7, 5, AM, v J f il( 'tlAQ M14 lr 9 7 r r ' 3 1dC)II,IM'NpYh - ' /'r/war!...wy`, ,„ as m✓u war A wx». 7➢W^^I.. *.9ru'^ i ,, w F ( i A*', WWM' y 9 ',AI'd„ iIIPoi9V ,Myo y rtppING m qw rw'a , , » 'NC rr (10A W fo r 1 '°00"w^ r pr'r wA i mummaw,l A, o v 4i W4, AA;P0,4' u wo .. w a J mw R NO „waw W4 vo p 4 wq oe.,,+ w ...........I I — a .......... v m i w ,m r ,. sa ," a t r 1 'IJTi4Yri'rc'19JMNI° gr,WwypvN,.b,il1WlIMn17f ,.
