The proposed average class size per studio is 10-15 students. Maximum enrollment of 20 students per class/studio. Maximum total school enrollment would not exceed 400 students. Section 45 – Specific Use Permits of the Zoning Ordinance was thereby amended under 480-RRRR to add Commercial School, including trade school to both the “I-1” Light Industrial District and “I-2” Heavy Industrial District, subject to the requirements outlined in Section 45.19.
