Event Details
This is a site plan provided by the applicant. The limits of the proposed car show area are highlighted in yellow. There are approximately 660 parking spaces in Kimball Oaks. The car
show will take up approximately 200 for the show, leaving approx 460 spaces for the public. The boundaries of the show will not encroach into the designated fire lane (shown in hatched
grey on the site plan.)

This is the applicant’s provided site plan. The solid red line represents caution tape while the dashed red line represents traffic cones. The black circles are trash bins and the yellow
box is temp restroom facility. The Planning Commission approved the request contingent upon the applicant providing a handicap accessible toilet, which the applicant has agreed to do.

Event scheduled for Saturday, September 24, 2016 (11:00 am to 3:00 pm).
Request is only for the date above and not for annual or future events.
Free to public,
$20 entry fee for cars, trucks and motorcycles goes to Memory Lane Car Shows and Connor’s Foundation.
On-site security and traffic control.
Applicant is anticipating approximately
150 vehicles in the show.
The show will occupy approximately 200 existing parking spaces, leaving approximately 460 spaces in Kimball Oaks for public parking.

June 6, 2016; The Planning & Zoning Commission voted 4-0 to recommend approval subject to the staff report dated June 3, 2016:
Specifically conditioning the approval on the applicant
providing a handicap accessible porta potty.
