For the first reading, the applicant proposed a landscape plan and development regulations that will allow the applicant to vary from the landscape bufferyard requirement on the north,
east and south property lines. The applicant had secured letters from the adjacent property owners stating that they would prefer to leave the plant material along the perimeter of
the property as it exists now.

The revised landscape plan includes a wrought iron safety fence with a landscape screening of 6–foot Nellie R. Stevens
in front of the mechanical units on the west side of the building. Trees originally located on the north bufferyard are planted throughout the site. The landscape plan will meet the
plant quantities that were approved in the previously approved landscape plan under ZA14-028 as requested by City Council at the 1st reading.
