Item 6C Master Sign Plan for Carillon Temporary Signs MSP16-002 1 MSP16-002 Applicants: Hines GTIS Carillon LLC / Soliel Development LLC Request: Master Sign Plan re-approval for existing temporary signs for an approximately two-year period. Location: Northeast corner of E. S.H. 114 and N. White Chapel Blvd. The applicant is requesting re-approval for existing temporary directional signage for residential development in Carillon until June 21st, 2018. In June of 2011 a MSP was approved by City Council to allow 7 temporary directional sign to be placed throughout the Carillon subdivision. The request is to extend the temporary signage for two years with modifications. The modifications include the removal of one sign along Kirkwood near the intersection of Riveria and modification of the wording on some of the signs. 2 Aerial View SH 114 N. White Chapel Blvd. E.
