Item 4K Temporary Land Signs for Fidelis Realty Partners SV16-009 1 SV16-009 Applicant: Fidelis Realty Partners Request: Approval of a variance to Sign Ordinance No. 704-H regulations for number of signs, sign height and area for two (2) temporary land signs for a 2-year approval period. Location: 500 West State Highway 114 2 Request Details This slide shows the application request details. The sign variance includes number of signs per street front – 1 is allowed by ordinance and the applicant is requesting 2; maximum total height of a land sign – 5 feet is allowed by ordinance and the applicant is requesting 15 feet; and maximum sign face area (for a one-sided sign) – 32 square feet is allowed by ordinance and the applicant is requesting 128 square feet. The matrix also includes the criteria approved for the previous signs at this location for Dove 114 Infinity, LLC.
