due to purchasing policy requiring Council approval for single-vendor spending that exceeds $50,000.

Monthly fixed cost plus usage baseline

The City currently leases 26 large multifunction devices, 2 high-speed printers for Utility Billing and Finance. Monthly billing includes fixed costs for lease or maintenance and usage
baselines per device with quarterly overage billings. This service keeps crucial devices available for operations and enables rapid deployment of new solutions.

Council approved the FY2016 budget for Toshiba services (General Fund) in the amount of $96,000.
Continuing review for upgrade opportunities with projection within budget of $96,000.
Council approved the FY2016 budget for Toshiba services in the amount of $96,000 .
We continue to work with Toshiba for opportunities to improve services such as color printing for
our Library operations.
With this and other upgrade opportunities we expect to deliver these enhancements within the approved budget.
