EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed

servants or family quarters on property described as Lot 1, Block 1, Union Church Estates, an
addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 829 Siena Dr.,
Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF-2" — Single Family Residential District.
PUBLIC HEARING
5. Consider: ZBA-711, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (2), for
the construction of accessory buildings or structures of a size or aggregate size greater than
permitted on property described as Lot 8, J. Thornhill No. 1505 Addition, an addition to the City
of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 801 S. Peytonville Ave., Southlake, Texas.
Current Zoning: "SF-1N'—Single Family Residential District.
PUBLIC HEARING
6. Consider: ZBA-712, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Sections 14.5(c) requiring a side yard setback of
not less than fifteen (15) feet on property described as LOT 5, BLOCK 2, SUMMERPLACE ADDITION, an
addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 1044 Summerplace Ln.,
Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "SF-20B" — Single Family Residential District. This item is being
administratively fabled to the June 30, 2016 in order to notify the public hearing in accordance
with State law.
