Current Southlake Town Square Block 10 sign regulations allow a maximum sign area for roof signs at 30 square feet. The proposed sign for Thailicious is approximately 60 square feet. The red backer panel from the existing sign structure for Daddy Jack’s will be removed and replaced by a new aluminum backer panel with a printed wood grain pattern and white non-illuminated trim. The letters are white LED reverse lit channel cut letters.  The applicant would like to use the existing supporting roof structure that was used by Daddy Jacks for their sign which is why their backer panel is similar in size.
