Item 4D Approve Amendment Number 2 to Extend the Interim City Engineer’s Engineering Services Contract Item 4D 1 Approve Amendment Number 2 with Freese and Nichols, Inc in the amount of $6,700 for the extension of the Interim City Engineer’s engineering consulting services contract. Requested action 2 Extension of the interim City Engineer’s contract will help: Bridge the transitional gap between the Interim City Engineer and the new City Engineer. Pay for services rendered from May 23, 2016 to June 3, 2016. purpose 3 Funding for this extension is available in: Salary savings from vacancies of the Deputy Director/City Engineer and Public Works Business Manager positions.
