Applicant mentioned the building to the south borders across pasture and
Highway 26 to the west is Brumlow Ave., and to the north is Hart Street
The applicant mentioned there are about 6-8 individual buildings in the complex
and they would use Suite 180 for brewing
The applicant mentioned there is ample parking at the site, which is outside of
the core retail from Southlake proper
The applicant said they are towards the back of the complexandtheneed for
foot traffic is minimal, but will requestto allow some special event use for tastings
on an as needed basis –this will not be a high volume brewing organization
Applicant mentionedthe main purpose would be for sales –vehicle traffic would
be minimal
Applicant said they will do their own distribution–everything will be bottled and
delivered to customers
The applicant mentionedthey expect in the first year that volume would be well
under 2,500 barrels.Self-funded, so the primary focus is quality
The applicant stated that brewing activities would go 5-6 days a week,
sometimes more depending on need. These activities are all self-contained
within the building. No noise or nuisance emitted during that process. Odor
emitted would be controlled by any air ventilation/filtration systemsas or if
needed -would be put in place
