Details:
The City Codes for building, residential, fire, plumbing, fuel gas, mechanical, energy
conservation and the existing building code are reviewed and updated by the International Code
Council, NCTCOG and the City of Southlake every three years. It is a 12-18 month review
process. The City of Southlake is considering the latest updates for adoption at this time.

date- standards for construction methods and materials. The adoption of the latest International
Codes allows Southlake to maintain a high rating for insurance risk as established by the
industry.
