Requested action The requested action for this item is to Approve Change Order No. 7 with Wilson Contractor Services, LLC for the Water and Sanitary Sewer Relocation Project for FM 1938 in the amount not to exceed $48 thousand 850 dollars. 2 Location Map The adjustments to the fire hydrants will occur along the FM 1938 corridor between FM 1709 to Beam Drive in the south. 3 Fire hydrant adjustments Southlake Marketplace There are 12 fire hydrants that will need to be adjusted along FM 1938 to finished grade elevations of the newly constructed roadway. Along the southeast corner of the Southlake Boulevard/Davis Boulevard intersection, WCC will relocate 3 fire hydrants that are currently located within the construction limits of the FM 1938 Phase II Widening project. 4 * Signatory authority approval The first 6 change orders added an amount of $411,627 to the contract. Change order No. 7 will add an amount not to exceed of 48 thoursand 850 dollars to the contract. The total amount of the contract with Wilson Contractor Services to date is 2 million ,305 thousand, 855 dollars. 5 Funding for the Fire Hydrant Adjustments are within the budget amount allocated in the Capital Improvement Program Utility Fund Financial consideration Funding for this project is within the budget amount allocated in the Capital Improvement Program utility Fund. 6 City of Southlake Strategy Map The City of Southlake provides municipal services that support the highest quality of life for our residents, businesses, and visitors.
