The Developer is request the City’s participation for the costs of the Roundabout in the amount of seven hundred ten thousand, five hundred and two thousand dollars. The developer’s portion of the public improvements for the development is 4 million, nine hundred and one thousand, three hundred and 18 dollars. The respective percentages of the total cost of public improvements are 18% for the City’s portion and 82% for the developers portion. The chart illustrates the amount being contributed by each party.
